Our Promise & Resolution Policy

Every Restore Young formula is crafted in small batches with uncompromising standards. From sourcing to sealing, each jar is produced with care, intention, and integrity.

Because of this, we do not reintroduce returned cosmetic products back into inventory. Once a jar leaves our hands, it will never be resold.

We never ship products that have been previously delivered, opened, or handled by another customer. Every order is fulfilled with products that are freshly prepared, sealed, and sent directly to you.

This ensures that every product you receive is pure, untouched, and entirely new.


✨ If It Is Not the Right Fit

If your purchase is not the right fit for you, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery.

We will issue a Restore Young store credit for the product price paid so you may select something that better suits you.

There is no need to return personal care items. Your comfort and convenience matter.

Store credit is issued to your customer account and may be applied toward any future purchase.


📦 If Something Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly send a replacement of the same item at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.

In rare cases where an item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.


Integrity & Fair Use

This policy exists to support genuine customers while preserving the sustainability of our small-batch production model.

Store credit will not be issued in cases of repeated claims for the same product, excessive claims across multiple orders, or patterns that suggest misuse.

If a customer has previously received store credit for a specific product and later repurchases that same product, additional credit for that product will not be issued.

We reserve the right to decline requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.


Additional Details

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. Store credit applies only to the product price paid.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are not eligible.

This policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.
