Thank you for choosing Restore Young. Every order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail. Below you will find everything you need to know about our U.S. shipping experience.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended as we carefully prepare each order.

🚚 U.S. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Most customers naturally reach this with 2 items, creating a simple, complete routine while receiving complimentary delivery.

Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery speed.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (available at checkout)

🏡 Delivery Locations

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO locations. Please ensure your address is entered accurately to avoid delays.

📦 Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping details at checkout.
Restore Young is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

📬 Delivered Orders

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the package becomes the responsibility of the customer.

If your package cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Reach out to us at hello@restoreyoung.com and we will assist where possible

⏳ Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or volume.
If your order is significantly delayed, we will proactively reach out with an update.
